Who is she?

I’m Car (yes, like the vehicle) a Chicago-based hairstylist specializing in bridal and editorial styling. I graduated from Don Roberts School of Hair Design in 2018 and have been a licensed cosmetologist ever since.

Inspired as a teen by Ted Gibson from What Not to Wear and Instagram hairstylists, I always had tunnel vision for updos, photoshoots, and editorial hair- even back in beauty school. But like many stylists, I paid my dues in a full-service salon for the first few years of my career, where I realized cut and color was just NOT for me.

After that, I made the move to the big city to pursue a style-focused career, and I haven’t looked back! Today, you’ll find me styling hair all over Chicago, from weddings to fashion shows. I’ll never turn down an opportunity to create something memorable!

My creativity is more of a lifestyle. When I’m not styling, you’ll find me crafting, creating content, or singing and exploring my passion for music.
